• After the order has been processed, shipments are delivered in 2-3 working days in Italy and 2-5 working days in other EU countries, depending on the shipment zone. We cannot provide exact delivery times for countries outside of the EU due to possible delays when going through customs.

    Returns

    Requests to return a purchased product must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the package (pursuant to Italian Decree Law no. 206/2005). The cost to return the product is borne by the customer and amounts to €18, which, for the convenience of the customer, shall be deducted from the refund.

    Once you have raised a request, you will receive the return document via e-mail. This should be placed inside the parcel and the shipping label should be attached to the outside. There’s no need to contact the courier to arrange for the pick-up of the package, as it is automatically booked once the return request has been made. In the portal of our website you can specify a preference for the day the courier picks up the shipment. If you don’t specify any preference, the courier will pick it up starting from the day following the return request and within three working days thereafter.

    The goods will only be accepted in the following cases (compliant with Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    - The product must be intact and unused;
    - The product accompanying label and/or seal should not have been removed;
    - It’s best to use the original cardboard box in which the goods arrived to return the product. If the original cardboard box is no longer available or damaged, you can use another box in good condition;
    - The return must be sent within 14 working days from the date of the return request.

    If these conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

    Note:

    Returns of items purchased online to physical stores or made without complying with the above requirements will not be accepted.

    Any customs charges for returns from countries outside the European Community (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland) shall always be borne by the customer.

  • You will be refunded as soon as the warehouse informs us that the product has arrived and its conditions have been checked. The refund will be accredited directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.

  • There is an Authenticity page to check garment authentication. Authentication can be done by scanning the QR code found inside each Save The Duck garment or by going to the website http://www.certilogo.com/ and manually typing in the 12 digit Certilogo code.
