PLUMTECH®
Recycled PLUMTECH® is a polyester fibre padding entirely derived from recycled materials, including plastic bottles.

100% Recycled Polyester: light, resistant and breathable, entirely derived from recycled plastic bottles.
Fastening
Continuous zip with double personalised tabs, designed to be protective and resistant.
Padding
Recycled Plumtech: warm lightweight padding, entirely derived from recycled plastic bottles.

Post-industrial fibre waste and post-consumer plastics, including bottles, are cleaned and chopped into flakes.

Creating the Fibres
The flakes are blended, melted and extruded to form recycled fibres.
A. The fibres are extruded and textured using a proprietary process to produce the yarn and then the fabric.
B. To produce the necessary physical properties, the fibres are then stretched, crimped, cut and compressed into bales.
