Who we are

Today, the Save The Duck team consists of 95 people, divided between the Milan headquarters, the offices in New York, Hangzhou and Hong Kong and our flagship stores.

The percentage of women in the total workforce is 79% and 18% of employees are under 30 years old.*

Our principles

We are committed to respecting human rights and ensuring a safe work environment, free from discrimination and violence. In line with the commitments we have made, in 2021, we drafted our Diversity and Inclusion Policy, in which we reiterate the importance and value of all our People in compliance with the ethics of Save The Duck.
