The Forest clothing company dates back to 1914, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Foresto Bargi. In 2012 third family generation Nicolas Bargi launched the brand Save The Duck with a strong commitment to create a product respectful of animals, environment and people.

Save the Duck became a partner of Amfori BSCI
Since 2017, Save the Duck has been using the chemical-mechanical parameters listed in its own RSL (Restricted Substances List) to vouch for the absence of chemical substances or harmful content in its garments.
Save the Duck uses certified recycled materials in compliance with GRS (Global Recycled Standard) criteria.
The RECYCLED collection was created thanks to the use of fabrics recycled from plastic bottles and light-weight RECYCLED PLUMTECH® padding, again produced using 100% recycled plastic bottles.

Save the Duck designed a tracksuit for the vegna climber Kuntal A. Joisher with its own animal free materials. Save the Duck shared Kuntal's dream by accompanying him during his arduous challenge: reaching the summit of Mount Lhotse, the fourth highest summit in the world, during his climb which he started on 7 April and successfully completed on 15 May 2018.

OCEAN IS MY HOME
The collection's garments are produced using a special fabric, NETY, created in 100% recycled ECONYL® nylon. The ECONYL® thread is a fibre obtained from the regeneration of fishing nets recovered from the seas and oceans and the recycling of pre-consumer and post-consumer nylon.
Surfrider Foundation Europe
For every garment in the OCEAN IS MY HOME collection, Save the Duck will contribute part of its profits to Surfrider Foundation Europe and, thanks to this solid commitment, they will be able to clean 300,000 m2 of beach and rid the seas of 6,000 kg of refuse.
Kuntal on Everest
Save The Duck conquered Everest and set a world record by completing the first ever entirely animal free ascent of Everest in the history of mountaineering.
